Policies and Procedures
Coordinating/Fees:
- Our events are coordinated by Ari Kolas, who can be reached at (507) 951-4701 and 507-361-1222 or you may E-mail inquiries to apolloari@smig.net
- All orders and reservations must be submitted one week prior to the event.
- All events are subject to a $75.00 coordinating fee.
- Any event held outside the Rochester city limits is subject to an out of town delivery fee of 75 cents per mile traveled.
- Events must be held with a valid credit card number and driver’s license number, we will also accept a cash deposit of 50% of your total estimate.
Your Apollo Account:
- A personalized account will be created for your special event on which your order will be charged.
- Final statements will be mailed out the week following your event.
- Balances that exceed 60 days past due will be applied to your credit card.
Bartenders:
- A Freelance independent bartender can be arranged for your event through your coordinator.
- The bartender’s fee is $10.00 per hour with a $50.00 minimum, and because they are not Apollo employees, the fee is to be paid directly to the bartender the night of the event (tip jar/gratuity is welcomed but not obligated).
- If your event requires table service, butlering, or the guest list exceeds 200; two or more bartenders are recommended for more efficient service.
- Bartenders are responsible for picking up your items, full set up and tear down. Neither the bartenders nor Apollo are responsible for the clean up or disposal of non-perishable items (ex. beer bottles, plastic cups).
License/Insurance:
- Apollo does not extend an off-sale liquor license or insurance to events.
- For questions regarding city liquor regulations you may contact Judy in the Rochester City License Dept. @ (507) 328-2900.
Discounts:
- Case discounts on cans or bottles of beer vary by brand and are only applicable when 10 cases or more is purchased (you may mix varieties within the 10 cases).
- 7 bottles of wine will receive a 10% discount
12 bottles of wine will receive a 15% discount
- When supplying your own wine, a $5.00 per bottle corkage fee applies.
- 6 bottles of 1.75 liter liquor bottles will receive a 10% discount.
12 bottles of one-liter bottles of liquor will receive a 10% discount (you may mix varieties within the case).
Glassware:
- Wine or champagne glasses, as well as glass tumblers, are available at no extra cost and must be cleaned before returning.
- Apollo would also be happy to clean your glassware for a fee of $10.00 per rack.
- Glassware can get limited and is available on a first come first serve basis.
Deliveries:
- If your event does not require the service of a bartender-- we can deliver anywhere in the Rochester city limits for a $10.00 fee.
- All quantities are to be approved by you, the customer. If additional items are requested after delivery is made, you may have your bartender retrieve the items and have them charged to your Apollo account. Apollo also has a delivery service for $10.00. It is some times a good idea to have a designated runner in case additional items are needed.
